Autopay and Accounts Receivable Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Own day-to-day management of assigned accounts.
• Execute consistent follow-ups and manage payment commitments.
• Monitor aging reports, prioritize high-risk accounts.

Collections and Negotiation:

• Manage collections efforts for accounts not enrolled in Autopay.
• Communicate with customers to resolve outstanding balances.
• Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining a positive customer experience.

Stripe & Payment Support:

• Own the weekly review and monitoring of transactions in Stripe.
• Track Autopay activity, including enrollments, successful payments, and failed transactions.
• Process refunds, reversals, and basic account adjustments.
