Director of Finance and Administration

Who We Are:

• Ocean Visions is a nonprofit conservation organization pursuing bold solutions to counter and reverse climate impacts on ocean health.
• We work with a global network of partners to explore, evaluate, and advance innovations addressing climate-driven harm to the ocean.

The Opportunity:

• We seek an experienced Director of Finance and Administration to manage administrative, grants management, and financial functions.
• This role is critical to effective functioning and will work closely with the CEO, staff, and external finance and HR partners.

Key Qualifications:

• 10+ years of relevant experience in financial functions and organizational administration, ideally in a nonprofit setting.
• Strong working knowledge of nonprofit operations, administration, and accounting.
• Demonstrated ability to independently own complex finance and administrative functions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary range $80,000-$110,000, commensurate with skills and experience.
