Job Description

As Customer Success Renewal Specialist, you will support the Customer Success Organization in driving a high volume portfolio of customer renewals proactively and at scale. The ideal Renewal Specialist has experience with SaaS contracting, resolving issues creatively, mitigating risk, and providing excellent renewal experiences. You will prepare and deliver renewals, handle customer requests, negotiate pricing, and align customer goals. Collaboration with Sales and Customer Success Managers is essential, using customer analytics to inform strategies. You'll also maintain data quality in the CRM, proactively address issues, and manage account assignments. This role reports to the Manager of Renewal Management in Costa Rica.
