About the Role:
- Lead a team of five Area Technical Managers to drive growth and customer engagement.
- Manage commercial success across the North East & Yorkshire region.
- Collaborate with the wider Building Envelope leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional strategy to maximize market opportunities.
- Ensure high performance and accountability within the team.
- Foster strong customer relationships and drive sales.
