Leadership & Management:
- Directly and indirectly supervise sales team members across the district.
- Make or recommend employment decisions including hiring, termination, promotion, and compensation changes.
- Lead, coach, and develop leaders to drive accountability, performance, and engagement.
Sales Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and execute district-wide sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Drive a high-performance sales culture focused on customer acquisition and retention.
- Identify new market opportunities and competitive positioning strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to align inventory and service levels with sales demand.
- Support execution of company initiatives and go-to-market strategies.
- Ensure alignment between sales objectives and operational capabilities across locations.
Financial Accountability:
- Contribute to district budgeting and forecasting with a focus on revenue and gross margin.
- Monitor financial results and adjust sales strategies to meet targets.
- Exercise independent judgment in setting sales priorities and pricing strategies.
