- Own full revenue accountability across Strategic, Enterprise, and Commercial segments within your region.
- Execute a segment-specific, regionally aligned GTM strategy and optimize coverage for growth.
- Drive predictable pipeline generation, forecast accuracy, and revenue attainment while identifying whitespace and expansion opportunities.
Leadership & Team Development:
- Lead a multi-layered organization of Directors, Managers, and Account Executives, developing leaders of leaders.
- Attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent and establish a high-performance culture grounded in accountability and coaching.
- Build a strong leadership bench and ensure continuous development across segments.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Operational Excellence:
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting, and RevOps to drive alignment on pipeline and expansion.
- Influence territory design, capacity planning, and segment strategy with field insight.
- Drive consistent forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and data-driven decision making to achieve targets.
