Role Summary:
- Lead the region’s sales team with direction from the Head of National Sales and Business Unit Manager.
- Direct sales engagement and day-to-day leadership of Business Development Specialists.
- Build regional C-level client relationships and own pipeline management.
Essential Job Functions:
- Provide sales leadership and manage the regional sales pipeline.
- Conduct forecasting, pipeline evaluation, and annual sales planning.
- Onboard new BDS, drive customer success, and coach team to operate with integrity and empathy.
Compensation and Requirements:
- Base salary of $100-125K plus commissions, OTE $200-220K/year.
- 10-15 years progressive sales experience, 5-10 years leading teams.
- Minimum 5 years in technical sales; willingness to travel extensively in the western US.
