About the Role:

  • Responsible for all sales activities within assigned states to achieve revenue goals.
  • Represent Murj with comprehensive product knowledge and apply solutions to customer needs.
  • Manage personal pipeline, prioritize effectively, and work independently without constant oversight.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead generation, product demonstrations, and contract negotiation.
  • Develop PowerPoint presentations, ROI proposals, and proposals.
  • Attend trade shows and stay updated on competitive trends.

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days):

  • Days 1-30: Learn product, culture, and competitive landscape; shadow sales calls.
  • Days 31-60: Start making calls and running discovery with peer support.
  • Days 61-90: Own a credible pipeline with 3-5 real opportunities and independent operations.
