Key Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a high-performing team recruiting, developing, and coaching a world-class Digital Sales team.
- Drive strategic growth by designing innovative sales strategies to increase adoption and customer success.
- Deliver commercial excellence with clear performance goals, key metrics, and accountability for revenue growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience including 2+ years in medical sales leadership.
- Experience in healthcare technology, medical devices, or enterprise software preferred.
Additional Information:
- Target pay rate is $232,500 plus commission, benefits, and equity.
- Must reside in or relocate to a major city in the Western U.S. with airport access.
- Ability to travel up to 75% with field selling and surgical area access required.
