Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute a regional enterprise sales strategy to achieve annual revenue objectives across the Southwest territory, including California, Arizona, Nevada, and New Mexico.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Enterprise and Strategic Account Executives, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous development.
  • Establish and maintain executive-level relationships with CISOs, C-suite leaders, and key decision-makers to drive new business and expand existing accounts.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, including at least 5 years leading regional sales teams within cybersecurity, SaaS, cloud technology, or related industries.
  • Proven success exceeding multi-million-dollar annual revenue targets in competitive, high-growth markets.
  • Strong expertise in enterprise sales strategy, territory management, pipeline development, forecasting, and performance analytics.
