Onboarding and Support:
- Lead end-to-end onboarding, providing product walkthroughs and setup guidance.
- Guide clients to get value from day one.
- Jump into the sales process to ensure a smooth handoff and a seamless start.
Client Communication and Management:
- Maintain daily contact with clients via Slack and email, answering questions and helping with tasks.
- Act as a strategic partner for clients, helping them grow and uncovering new needs.
- Assist with outreach marketing campaigns.
Product Improvement and Sales:
- Share feedback with sales, product, and marketing teams to improve the customer experience.
- Spot opportunities for upsells, expansions, and renewals.
- Drive results across monthly and quarterly KPIs like Retention, Churn Rate, Upsell Rate, and NPS.
