Job Description

Onboarding and Support:

  • Lead end-to-end onboarding, providing product walkthroughs and setup guidance.
  • Guide clients to get value from day one.
  • Jump into the sales process to ensure a smooth handoff and a seamless start.

Client Communication and Management:

  • Maintain daily contact with clients via Slack and email, answering questions and helping with tasks.
  • Act as a strategic partner for clients, helping them grow and uncovering new needs.
  • Assist with outreach marketing campaigns.

Product Improvement and Sales:

  • Share feedback with sales, product, and marketing teams to improve the customer experience.
  • Spot opportunities for upsells, expansions, and renewals.
  • Drive results across monthly and quarterly KPIs like Retention, Churn Rate, Upsell Rate, and NPS.
