About the Role:
- You will own care team training end to end, setting strategy and delivering new hire training.
- You will track ramp progress and use quality audits and performance data to close gaps.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver new hire training with practice and assessments, and continuously improve it.
- Work with care team leaders, QA, and Pharmacy Ops to keep content accurate and current.
Qualifications:
- Self-driven with a record of owning a program from strategy through delivery and improvement.
- Experience designing training for high-volume support or care teams, preferably in healthcare.
