PEPS Learning Manager

Role Overview:

• Lead a team of learning designers and manage all phases of internal learning program development.
• Set quarterly and yearly goals, forecast budgets, and execute learning strategies aligned with corporate objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with regulatory and quality teams to ensure training materials meet compliance.
• Implement scalable programs, career pathways, and mentoring to develop employees.
• Analyze learning data and measure program effectiveness to improve outcomes.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years management experience and 5+ years instructional design or corporate training.
• Hands-on LMS experience and expertise in blended learning solutions.
• Experience in regulated industries, ideally medical devices, and global audiences.
