Job Description
Business Development and Sales:
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly goals for driving new business in your assigned territory.
- Develop and execute scalable outbound strategies to convert prospects—loan officers, branch managers, and real estate agents—into Knock partners.
- Achieve a minimum of 70 loan applications per month through effective outreach, education, and partner enablement.
Relationship Management and Collaboration:
- Manage a growing portfolio of strategic accounts; nurture relationships to deepen engagement and increase application volume.
- Host regular meetings, training sessions, and workshops with lender and agent partners to communicate product updates, review performance, and drive adoption.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (marketing, operations, product, and support) to ensure a seamless experience for our partners and their customers.
Strategic Initiatives and Team Contribution:
- Lead strategic initiatives to grow top-of-funnel engagement and drive repeat applications.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including partnerships, leads, pipeline growth, and loan applications.
- Champion collaboration and contribute to a high-performing, positive team culture.
