Job Description

The Service Sales Executive is responsible for promoting, selling and driving maximum value with the NiCE’s Value Realization Services (VRS) portfolio for existing and new customers across the Americas region. VRS is NiCE’s business and strategic consulting services organization containing services such as Consulting Services, Managed Services and Advanced Services. The NiCE VRS offering helps customers keep the systems available and performing as expected. The SSE is the primary driver of sales relating specifically to this distinct service. The individual will be highly motivated, entrepreneurial, independent, and able to own the entire sales process from first contact through expansion and renewal. Candidates must reside in the Central or Eastern time zone. The SSE will become the Subject Matter Expert and act as a "go to" person for Americas sales team for VRS selling. The SSE will drive sales opportunities working in an overlay sales model to leverage the existing NiCE sales organization infrastructure.
