IT Support Specialist

Overview:

• We are seeking an offshore IT Support Specialist to provide remote technical support and system administration for clients worldwide.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, security-conscious, and experienced with Microsoft 365, Azure, and DNS management.

Scope of Services:

• Manage Microsoft 365 administration, including user accounts, Exchange Online, and security.
• Configure and troubleshoot DNS records, domains, and GoDaddy accounts.
• Support Azure cloud services and provide remote technical support.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 years of IT support experience with strong Microsoft 365 and Azure skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
