Job Description
Manage the delivery and engagement relationship with our customers, serving as the interface between the customer and our sales and support infrastructure. The role requires ensuring the customer's business and technical objectives are achieved. Build strong customer relationships through collaboration with Sales teams to identify and execute opportunities for expanding customers' footprint.
Effectively manage challenging situations while maintaining Rackspace's reputation for Fanatical Support. Provide insight into the customer's market position and advise on how Rackspace can strategically partner to help customers achieve their goals. Manage customer retention efforts, resolve customer concerns, and define customer contact strategies and pricing plans while organizing weekly delivery calls.
