  • Identifying prospective customers in Medical, Industrial, and Automotive.
  • Developing long-term relationships with new OEM customers.
  • Communicating the KE package of value.

Requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience in Industrial, Medical or Automotive markets within the EMS industry.
  • EMS Business Development or Sales experience.
  • Ability to identify prospective OEM customers and qualify their fit.

Key Performance Objectives:

  • Identifying prospective customers.
  • Completing strategy statements and plant visits.
  • Landing new customers annually to meet revenue and margin requirements.
