What you'll do:
- Own the Knowledge Platform and Knowledge Apps, CMS, and AI-powered knowledge distribution tools.
- Drive the automation and intelligent maintenance of large-scale, ever-changing content systems.
- Partner deeply with content, engineering, design, AI, support, legal, and GTM teams to build both backend systems and polished frontend experiences.
You’ll be a great fit if:
- Are a senior or staff-level IC with 8–10+ years of experience owning complex internal + external products.
- Have experience with Information Retrival(AI Search, Ranking), RAG, AI/LLM tooling, automated knowledge extraction.
- Have experience with content platforms, structured data, CMSs, and AI-enabled search.
