What You'll Do:
- Ship complex, detail-focused projects in collaboration with Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists, and Support/Finance.
- Build and maintain robust platforms that process millions of transactions, using monitoring and data analytics to ensure success.
- Engage with world-class infrastructure and modern AI tools to multiply effectiveness, while growing via mentorship and collaboration.
About You:
- 6+ years of professional software development experience with a track record of shipping impactful products.
- Experience integrating external services to enable customer outcomes, with an owner's mindset and data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication skills, customer focus, and ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in payment processing, accounting, fraud, or business operations.
- Enthusiasm for Lime's mission and micromobility, wanting to transform cities to be people-centric.
