Responsibilities:
- Design, build, test, train, and support the Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
- Optimize and configure EHR systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective utilization of applications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Informatics, Nursing, Computer Science, or related field.
- Certification in Epic applications, obtained within three months of hire.
- Three years of experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic EHR applications.
Additional Skills:
- Leadership or senior role experience with team mentoring.
- Proficiency in system configuration, customization, and optimization within the Epic environment.
- Strong understanding of hospital business operations and structure.
