AI Revenue Operations Analyst

GitLab is looking to add an AI Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue Tech team. In this role, you will build and advance GitLab's AI tooling strategy for revenue operations while architecting and implementing AI-powered automation workflows that optimize how we acquire, convert, and retain customers at scale. You'll design intelligent workflows using platforms like Workato (in partnership with IT) and manage vendor relationships for AI tools to drive measurable business outcomes across our entire revenue pipeline. Design end-to-end customer journey workflows using automation platforms and API orchestration. Measure and report on business impact of AI automation solutions (conversion rates, deal velocity, productivity gains). Drive operational projects within the Revenue Strategy, Operations, and Enablement team by contributing AI-enhanced process improvements.
