As the Enablement Specialist, you’ll support the development, and delivery of programs that equip and empower our Customer Organization. Working closely with our Enablement Programs manager, Marketing, and team members across the Customer Org, you will provide training of our internal tools and product support to the customer organization. You will support in facilitating engaging, effective, and measurable learning experiences for the org so that they can leverage the tools and resources available to them.
You will play a key role in our new team member onboarding program and enablement events throughout the year, and in the project planning processes for Go-to-Market events.
