Job Description
Join the Customer Success team as an SMB Account Manager and take ownership of the entire post-sales journey for SMB customers - from onboarding and adoption to identifying growth and upsell opportunities. You’ll play a key role in helping customers achieve real value with WorkFlow while driving retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. Own renewals and drive account growth through upsell and expansion opportunities. Ensure customer success and ROI by tracking adoption, health, and usage metrics. Manage a large SMB portfolio using scalable, tech-touch engagement. Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver a seamless customer experience. Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback to improve products and build advocacy.
