Role:
- Shape user journeys and service experiences for a range of products.
- Focus on research and workflow-based service design, not building UIs from scratch.
- Navigate stakeholder dynamics with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Background in human-centered design and mixed-methods research.
- Comfortable with agile mindset and iterative delivery.
- Experience with Section 508, plain language, and accessibility patterns.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Salesforce Experience or Service Cloud and Lightning Design System.
- Experience working with government agencies.
- Eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a federal background check.
