Accountabilities:
- Develop and maintain complex Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and UI Actions within ServiceNow ITAM and SAM applications.
- Design and implement automated software request, reclamation, and asset management workflows using Flow Designer and IntegrationHub.
- Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, SCCM, JAMF, and third-party inventory integrations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience with strong specialization in IT Asset Management and Software Asset Management.
- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and the ServiceNow API framework.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is mandatory.
