As the Operations Admin, you will be instrumental in managing the operational aspects of high-net-worth households, providing white-glove home management services. Your responsibilities will span inbox and calendar management for the Founder, home admin scheduling, vendor and project coordination, and weekly client updates. You will also be responsible for system and process building, database and task management. This role requires someone with proven EA or Coordinator experience, an operational mindset, tech and systems fluency, communication excellence, proactivity, detail-orientation, and adaptability.
