Architecture & Solution Design:

  • Lead and own architectural design of ServiceNow solutions.

Platform & Product Expertise:

  • Maintain expert-level knowledge across the ServiceNow product suite.
  • Stay current on product releases, roadmap updates, and industry trends.
  • Act as an internal authority on ServiceNow configuration and development patterns.

Implementation Leadership:

  • Provide technical oversight on ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams and implementation partners to uphold architecture quality and design intent.
  • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders.
