As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will be the go-to strategic advisor for key members of leadership in the region you support. You’ll need to be business-focused, leveraging your deep HR knowledge and experience to shape and execute HR strategies that align with organization goals. You’ll own key HR initiatives, work closely with leadership to drive results, and ensure that our HR strategies support our rapid growth. The ideal candidate will be both strategic and influential, with the proven ability to deliver value-added services that support the business objectives of our affiliate practices, market and region. Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business objectives, providing insights and solutions that drive results and employee growth. Offer candid, experienced advice to leaders, helping them navigate challenges, build high-performing teams, and foster a culture of accountability and growth. Support large-scale change initiatives, ensuring that our people and processes evolve to meet the needs of our rapidly scaling organization. Use HR metrics and analytics to inform decision-making, identify trends, and develop proactive strategies to address potential challenges. Serve as a trusted advisor in managing employee relations issues, ensuring that solutions are fair, consistent, and aligned with our operating principles. Drive a culture of high performance by implementing effective performance management processes and ensuring leaders have the tools and support they need to build and lead highly performing teams.
