What to Expect:
- You will accompany clients through the transition from SAP HCM to SuccessFactors, ensuring smooth operations.
- You will work cross-functionally with HR and IT teams, not in silos, and take on high responsibility.
What You Bring:
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, EC Payroll, Time) and/or SAP HCM.
- Deep expertise in at least one area: payroll, time management, HR administration, or organizational management.
- Strong German skills and a willingness to travel to client sites and team meetings.
