Impact the experience of SaaS prospects at the very start of their customer journey. The role focuses on sparking interest and guiding potential customers toward the value of the HighLevel platform before they even begin their trial. In this role, you will be identifying, engaging, and nurturing new customer relationships and aligning solutions to the customerโ€™s goals, needs and objectives. You'll be expected to learn, understand, and be able to articulate and showcase the Value Proposition (i.e. Capture, Nurture, Close) of the HighLevel platform to impact trial to paid metrics. Conducting consultative trial engagement efforts for HighLevelโ€™s sales process (via Zoom). You should also engage through additional communication channels such as phone, SMS, email, ticketed & live Zoom support driving them to the best trial experience for their business with the end goal to get them to become a paying client. Collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams to identify compelling solutions and provide technical support to customers during the trial period is essential. Other duties may be assigned and/or modified as business needs dictate.
