Job Description
Account Management Focus:
-Serve as the main contact for strategic customers, ensuring seamless post-sales support.
-Establish and maintain strong customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
-Understand and address customer needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Operational Responsibilities:
-Monitor charger status and uptime, promptly escalating urgent issues.
-Coordinate with service teams to manage dispatches, warranty processing, and new station installations.
-Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met according to specifications.
Reporting and Collaboration:
-Generate weekly and quarterly status reports including KPIs for customer review.
-Work cross-functionally across the organization to resolve issues efficiently.
-Manage planning, alignment, stakeholder collaboration, and budgets for Field Service Campaigns.
