We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to manage and expand our customer base across the New South Wales metro and regional territories. This role offers the opportunity to work autonomously, developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth and increase market share.
Key responsibilities include identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, strengthening relationships with existing dealers, developing strategic plans, increasing product distribution, engaging with end-users, providing technical consultation, training stakeholders, executing promotional programs, ensuring merchandising excellence, providing customer service, and monitoring market trends.
The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, technical proficiency, commercial acumen, excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM, ERP, and project management tools is required. A valid driver's license and willingness to travel are also necessary.
