Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain hearing calendars, ensuring scheduling accuracy and timely updates.
- Coordinate hearing scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations with clients, court reporters, and internal teams.
- Serve as primary point of contact for client scheduling inquiries and hearing-related communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of experience in administrative support, scheduling, or client service.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to type 40+ words per minute.
Work Environment:
- Fully remote with optional Phoenix office; 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET schedule.
- Frequent interaction with clients, court reporters, and internal departments.
- Fast-paced environment requiring multitasking and effective time management.
