About the Role:

  • Manage and optimize appointment scheduling processes across multiple channels.
  • Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth coordination.
  • Ensure timely communication and an exceptional experience for all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate schedules across calendars, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmations.
  • Communicate with clients and team members to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments.
  • Monitor appointment queues and follow up on pending bookings to reduce no-shows.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of experience in scheduling, administrative support, or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail in a remote work environment.

Compensation and Location:

  • Hourly pay range of $25.67 – $29.98 per hour, commensurate with experience.
  • Fully remote position based in Miami, FL; candidates must be authorized to work in the US.
