Job Summary and Responsibilities:

  • Works with field staff and Manager to appropriately schedule clinicians.
  • Communicates appropriately regarding changes in schedule or service delivery.
  • Submits required reports within established time frames.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside in one of the approved remote worker states.
  • 2 years of customer service experience with effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology, home health and/or hospice regulatory requirements, and HIPAA compliance standards preferred.
