Job Summary and Responsibilities:
- Works with field staff and Manager to appropriately schedule clinicians.
- Communicates appropriately regarding changes in schedule or service delivery.
- Submits required reports within established time frames.
Qualifications:
- Must reside in one of the approved remote worker states.
- 2 years of customer service experience with effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, home health and/or hospice regulatory requirements, and HIPAA compliance standards preferred.
