What The Role Involves:
- You will own the mission to double organic SQLs in 12 months.
- This is about rebuilding a broken organic channel and figuring out what actually drives pipeline through relentless experimentation.
What Your Impact Will Look Like:
- Own the entire organic funnel: traffic → MQLs → SQLs → pipeline.
- Diagnose & Fix What’s Broken - Identify why organic declined (content decay, weak EEAT, technical gaps, strategy issues) and ship fixes fast.
- Experimentation at Speed - Run experiments in the first 90 days across high-intent keywords, conversion paths, content formats and SEO tactics.
