Global Design Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Global Design Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in identifying and securing highly skilled designers and creatives. Responsibilities include talent sourcing and acquisition across global markets, developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies tailored to international hiring, and screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates. This role also involves enhancing the company's presence as a desirable workplace, collaborating with hiring managers, and using data-driven hiring decisions to improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years in talent acquisition, experience working with international talent pools, and strong communication and negotiation skills. Must have understanding of European & U.S. graphics codes and experience in an unlimited design agency or in a design recruitment firm.
