  • Define commercial purpose, audience strategy, content plan, and experience standards.

Measurement & Operating Rhythm:

  • Own measurement and reporting for dealer engagement, including program utilization, influenced revenue, and ROI.
  • Build alignment across Sales, Operations, Marketing, and leadership.
