What You’ll Do:
- Partner with account executives to articulate the overall Arize value proposition, vision, and strategy to customers.
- Lead product demonstrations and advise on GenAI and ML best practices.
- Lead Proof of Concept motions and handle technical objections.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role like sales engineer or solutions engineer.
- Strong communication and proficiency in Python/Typescript.
- Knowledge of LLM/Agentic frameworks and GenAI concepts.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Estimated annual salary and variable compensation between $140,000 - $230,000 plus equity.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), unlimited PTO, and parental leave.
- Remote-first with WFH monthly stipend and optional in-office in NYC or SF.
