Job Description
This position involves contract management, providing customer service, training, and maintaining expertise. The individual will independently manage, analyze, draft, negotiate and execute sponsored project agreements funded by industry partners. They will negotiate contract terms, incorporate appropriate terms, working with various contracting parties to ensure that the requirements of the University and the industry sponsor are met while mitigating risk, maintaining the integrity of the research plan and protecting intellectual property rights.
The role requires providing superior customer service to internal and external contacts, offering subject matter expertise, and developing partnerships with internal offices. The individual will also participate in training initiatives, contribute to drafting policies, and stay current with OHSU policies and procedures.
