About the opportunity:
- Own relationships with high-producing agents and introduce Homeward's programs.
- Run an in-person playbook, measured on relationships and closed deals.
- Shape a new high-impact team with uncapped earning potential.
What you'll bring:
- 3+ years in real estate sales or business development.
- Track record of exceeding quota through value-based selling.
- Local market knowledge, self-discipline, and CRM skills.
Compensation & culture:
- Uncapped OTE of $200k-$250k plus equity.
