PY0 Performance Operations Specialist

This role supports the PY0 Performance team by providing project management capabilities and administrative coordination. This role focuses on market performance improvement through systemic project oversight, progress monitoring, and communication facilitation to ensure effective implementation of performance-driven strategies. The Specialist serves as the primary escalation contact for practices encountering launch-related challenges, including practice engagement difficulties and technical implementation obstacles. The role involves troubleshooting these barriers and coordinating appropriate resolution pathways. Additionally, the role contributes to the development and refinement of PY0 resources, supporting the creation of materials and tools that enhance the overall PY0 process.
