New Manager, PEO Payroll Implementations

What you bring:

• 5+ years of PEO Payroll end to end experience with all states.
• 5+ years of PEO Payroll Customer Implementation experience in a SaaS environment.
• 5+ years team management or customer account management or equivalent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed standard operating procedures ensuring detailed government payroll compliance regulations are documented.
• Develop and implement operational processes that scale for large growth and efficiency in a fast paced environment.
• Track, monitor and continuously improve the team’s performance on key metrics to meet the business goals.
