Sales Director (Individual Contributor), Life Sciences

As the Sales Director, Life Sciences, you'll be a key driver of growth for our Pharma vertical. You'll build strategic partnerships with leading pharmaceutical brands, collaborating with company leaders, technical experts, innovation teams, and regulatory SMEs to ensure long-term success. Your mission is to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive revenue growth. This is a principal seller and individual contributor role, requiring a hunter mentality. Drive strategic sales by developing and executing a strategic sales process tailored to brands ($250k+ ACV) within the Life Sciences industry. Build a robust pipeline by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with leading life sciences companies in Market Access, Brand and Innovation teams. Demonstrate product expertise by deeply understanding Wheel's product offerings to effectively position and sell our solutions. Engage with brand executives in the life science/biopharma industry and build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Consistently exceed revenue targets on a quarterly and annual basis, championing clients within Wheel and ensuring an exceptional customer journey.
