The Role:
- The consultant is responsible for day-to-day execution of congress engagement logistics.
- This role serves as the primary coordination resource for customer engagement activities.
What You'll Do:
- Manage congress engagement logistics from planning through execution.
- Coordinate meeting requests, scheduling updates, and attendee communications.
- Provide on-site support during congress execution and post-event activities.
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience in event coordination, congress management, or related fields.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to travel for on-site congress support, ~40%.
