Recruiter

What You’ll Do:

• Run recruitment for 5-6 concurrent open roles, from sourcing and screening to offer.
• Join intake meetings to understand role needs and coordinate interviews and feedback.
• Keep Lever pipeline data accurate and contribute to employer branding.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of recruitment experience, in-house or agency.
• Hands-on sourcing comfort with passive candidates and ATS experience, Lever preferred.
• Fluent Arabic and English, with familiarity with the Saudi/MENA market a strong plus.
