What you bring:
- 4+ years recruiting, 2+ in-house B2B SaaS, hiring SDRs and AEs.
- Data-driven sourcing, scorecard interviews, strong closing skills.
- Fluent German and English.
Offer:
- €70,000–90,000 base plus variable component.
- Fully remote in Germany or Berlin office, flexible hours, 25-30 vacation days.
