About the opportunity:

  • Provide support interfacing primarily via web/email and phone
  • Resolve technical complications within the NetDocuments platform
  • Report to the Customer Support Manager

What you will bring to the team:

  • Actively interested in the technology
  • Empathetic and able to understand the pain points your customer is facing
  • Prioritize your day accordingly while balancing the needs of incoming work

What you will need for success:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT
  • Experience using and/or troubleshooting issues with Windows & OSX
  • Experience with Office, iOS/Android, Command Line/Terminal
