About the opportunity:
- Provide support interfacing primarily via web/email and phone
- Resolve technical complications within the NetDocuments platform
- Report to the Customer Support Manager
What you will bring to the team:
- Actively interested in the technology
- Empathetic and able to understand the pain points your customer is facing
- Prioritize your day accordingly while balancing the needs of incoming work
What you will need for success:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT
- Experience using and/or troubleshooting issues with Windows & OSX
- Experience with Office, iOS/Android, Command Line/Terminal
