Distinguished Engineer, Agentic SDLC & Non‑Linear Productivity

Technical Vision and Strategy:

• Define a multi-year technical roadmap for autonomous, agentic SDLC capabilities.
• Identify non-linear productivity opportunities across planning, coding, review, security, and operations.
• Translate ambiguous problem spaces into concrete, iterable roadmaps with Product and Architecture teams.

Hands-On Experimentation and Validation:

• Lead prototypes to validate agentic workflows in production-adjacent environments.
• Build evaluation frameworks using offline benchmarks and online experiments to measure correctness, latency, safety, and cost.
• Own high-impact internal use cases from concept through adoption to measurable productivity gains.

Cross-Team Collaboration and Mentorship:

• Act as a bridge between Engineering, Product, Infrastructure, and Data/ML teams.
• Mentor Principal and Staff engineers to raise technical execution and experimentation rigor.
• Write clear design documents and decision records to enable aligned, high-quality decisions across teams.
